This statement explains what personal data we collect when you use the website lesbainsguerbois.com, why we use it and what your rights are.

1. Who we are

2. The data we collect

We only collect the data needed for the services you use:

• Orders and customer account: surname, first name, delivery and billing addresses, email, telephone and order history. Payment card details are processed directly by our payment providers and are never stored by us.
• Newsletter: email address.
• Contact form: name, email and the content of your message.
• Unfinished basket: email address and basket contents, when you have started an order without completing it.
• Browsing: technical data (IP address, device type, pages viewed) collected through cookies, according to the choices you have made.
• Affiliate programme: contact details and the information needed to track sales and pay commissions, if you take part.

3. Why we use it

Each processing operation is based on a legal basis provided for by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• processing and delivering your orders, managing your account, customer service, returns and invoicing: performance of the contract;
• complying with our accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation;
• sending you our newsletter and offers: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time;
• reminding you by email of an unfinished basket: our legitimate interest in helping you complete your purchase, which you can object to at any time;
• replying to your messages: our legitimate interest in answering you;
• measuring website traffic to improve the website and showing you relevant advertising on other websites: your consent, collected through the cookie banner;
• managing our affiliate programme: performance of the contract with our affiliates;
• preventing fraud and securing the website: our legitimate interest.

4. Who can access it

Your data is intended for our teams. It may also be passed on to our service providers, solely for the purposes of the service they provide for us:

We never sell your data.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Some service providers, in particular Google, Meta, Mailchimp, Stripe and PayPal, may process data in the United States or in other countries outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, in particular the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

• Order and customer account data: for the duration of our business relationship, then 3 years from your last order or your last contact with us.
• Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, in accordance with the French Commercial Code.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, or after 3 years without any interaction on your part.
• Unfinished baskets: 72 hours.
• Messages sent through the contact form: 3 years from our last exchange.
• Cookies: according to the duration stated for each of them in the list of cookies at the end of this page.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to object to its processing. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You can also set out instructions on what should happen to your data after your death.
