Creator of the Eau de Parfum “ 1900 l’Heure de Proust ” and “ Raku ”.
Jérôme Epinette was born in Burgundy and has been interested in winemaking and the sommelier profession since his youth. After obtaining a Master’s degree in nutrition and olfaction at the Institut National Supérieur des Sciences Agronomiques, de l’Alimentation et de l’Environnement in Dijon, Jérôme turned to training at the Institut du Parfum in Grasse. He conceives each of his juices as a grand cru in which he blends different raw materials as grape varieties.
After graduation, he joined the Robertet group in 2003 and signed several designs for several prestigious niche brands.
