Jérôme Epinette
Creator of the Eau de Parfum “ 1900 l’Heure de Proust ” and “ Raku ”.
Born in Burgundy, Jérôme Epinette has been interested in winemaking and the sommelier profession from an early age. After obtaining a Master's degree in nutrition and olfaction at the Institut National Supérieur des Sciences Agronomiques, de l'Alimentation et de l'Environnement in Dijon, Jérôme Epinette turned to training at the Institut du Parfum in Grasse. He designs each of his juices like a grand cru, in which he blends different raw materials as grape varieties.
After graduation, Jérôme Epinette joined the Robertet group in 2003 and signed several designs for several prestigious niche brands.
