Return policy

Returns and withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.

To do so, you can fill in the form below or contact our Customer Service at e-boutique@lesbainsguerbois.com.

You then have 14 days to send the products back to us.

Return costs are fully covered by Les Bains Guerbois. Our Customer Service will send you a prepaid Colissimo return label. You can also return your products directly to our boutique at 2 rue du Bourg-l’Abbé, 75003 Paris.

Each Les Bains Guerbois Eau de Parfum comes with a sample of the fragrance ordered. We recommend that you try it before using your bottle.

Handling beyond what is necessary to appreciate the product, in particular significant consumption of its contents, may result in a reduction in value for which you could be held liable, in accordance with the law.

The refund is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notification of your withdrawal. In accordance with the law, it may be withheld until the products have been received back or until proof of their dispatch has been received, whichever is the earlier.
